About the photographer
Daniel Peirce is a professional photographer specialising in motorcycles and cars. He works as the head of photography for Tucker Rocky and Biker’s Choice, two of the largest distributors of motorcycle parts, accessories and apparel in the USA. Daniel produces photography for their catalogues and magazine advertising.
With his sideline business Trick Photography , Daniel also does a good deal of editorial work for several magazines. These include regional publications such as Ride Texas and Crusin’ Times, as well as the national US publications such as Cycle World, The Robb Report, Hot Bike and American Iron. He also works for the motorcycle trade magazines such as DealerNews and Motorcycle Product News.
Daniel’s newest venture is as an art photographer, making pictures solely to satisfy his own sense of aesthetics. His engine and automotive projects are pretty much pornography for gear heads. As Daniel says, “I love a naked engine. My gratification comes when other folks appreciate these pictures as much as I do. Folks seem to like them.”

As a keen motorcyclist, Daniel’s regular ride is a customised 1978 Honda CB750, known as the Land Shark.
